the Inside of the Mozzarella

Today I tried my hand at making cheese again. I made a batch of fresh mozzarella using these instructions.
It turned out very well and I can wait to use it in something. I think I will have pizza for lunch tomorrow.
The instructions were easy to follow and the whole process took about 45 minutes.
The only problem is that it takes 4L of milk to get a ball of Mozz and it's not really cost effictive. But fun!
