Eat less and Exercise more Folks, it's what works.
So for about 3 months now I have been trying to lose weight. I have been keeping track of what I eat, and trying to get more exercise. The Husband and I have been trying to go out for walks in the mornings and I have been using my machine. (a knock off Nordik Trac)
And it's working! I have lost about 20lbs so far. I know I still have 20 more to go to reach my goal but it's starting to feel pretty good. People are noticing now and I am getting compliments. And that makes it easier to go on.
I am also keeping the evening munchies at bay. I used to come home after work at 8:30 and eat crackers and cheese and anything I could get my hands on. Now I take food to work so I can avoid standing at the fridge inhaling anything I see.
The only problem is that the Machine is on it's last legs. The ball bearing are wearing out and it catches. The movement isnt smooth and it's really hard to work. I am keeping my eyes open for a newer one but in the mean time it's back to the gym for me. (I hate that place)
