My Quilt and cat

I am working on a quilt for Gemgirl's birthday (yes I was in May, Yes I am slow)
It's the first time I have peiced a quilt and the work is chugging along. Some parts are a bit uneven but I think I am doing ok. I laid it out to get a picture and Pooks came and sat on it to "help"

I would say that he is there for scale, but since he is much bigger than the average cat that doesnt help much.

I hope she likes it. I have until the 28th to finish it.
