Breakfast Pizza in 6 steps

Step 1: Dream about breakfast pizza in your sleep. Where did this come from? Who knows, but it makes you drool on your pillow.

Step 2: Wake up and realize that you actually have the ingredients to make your dream come true.

Step 3: Take two greek pitas out of the freezer and put on a baking sheet. Saute mushrooms and onions and arrange over the two flatbreads. Drizzle the lot with Sriracha.

Step 4: Cook four eggs ever so slightly, so that the bottoms are cooked but there is still un-cooked white on top. Place these on top of the mushrooms and onions. Top with bits of bacon. Make sure the bacon is in small pieces so it will get crisp.

Step 5: Pop the lot under the broiler for a few minutes, until the eggs finish cooking and the bacon crisps. Top with a bit of cheese and put it back in the oven to melt.

Step 6: Cut into slices and eat with the Husband, licking egg yolk and hot sauce off your fingers.
