I have been doing a lot of advance work for Xmas this year. Tonight I made up a batch of Brie and Cranberry Filo purses to bake up and serve on the big day. Yesterday I made 2 dishes of Spinach and Artichoke dip too.
I still need to make a double batch of Caramel Corn for my Coworkers, the first bunch was very well received. We pick up our ducks on Friday and the big grocery shopping will happen on Monday.
The big exciting news is that we are getting a real digital camera for Xmas this year so I wil finally have some good picures to share. And maybe once the work crazies die down I will have time to post again.
